It drives me nuts when local businesses don't have Web sites. I mean, come on! You could generate so much more interest on the net, couldn't you? Now you are just making me get up out of this computer chair and go to the phone and actually CALL you to check on your hours and stock and stuff like that there. I run into that a lot with small (and even medium, well-known) restaurants. Even if they can't put the scratch together for hosting, or write any HTML, they could easily start a free blog for their business, with a couple of posts indicating their wares or fare.
